I'm trying to start writing this review, and I already am lacking words... not that Whyzdom music lacks savour, it's just the contrary... This young band delivers such a great quality music that I am overwhelmed and can do nothing but staying there my mouth open (watch out the flies, anwynn ...) ;-)

Now, let's be serious... Whyzdom is, for me, the big hit of the end of 2007, the french revelation of Symphonic Metal. And it's jus an EP ! Imagine what we can expect with their first album !

Anyway, these 4 tracks offer overwhelming orchestrations, lyrical choirs, female vocals between pop and rock, and perfect guitars. The songs oscillate between hardness and sensibility, the whole being perfectly orchestrated !

The Witness is my favorite song for a duration of more than 7 minutes. And Daughter Of The Night very close.

Whyzdom could be a mix between the early Within Temptation, Therion or Epica. We shall follow this band closely !!!
